“…Guitar work is superb, lush symphonic keys add power and depth while bass and drum drive the music on…” Russ Elliot

“To put it short, this is an exceptional, near-perfect release from Karnataka…. very refined, flowing with creativity…. I think we have a very strong contender for the-best-album-of-the-year throne.” Alexander Tskitishvili

Rock Report (Belgium)

“Karnataka’s ‘Secrets of Angels’ is a work of art. This album is incredible. This band should be on a major label and stratospheric.”

“Secrets Of Angels is not just a great album, it’s as perfect an example of dramatic, orchestrated metal as I can ever imagine. I was floored by this record.” Chris Colavito

fwrks“Karnataka have stepped up to the mark in what can best be described as quite outstanding fashion.”

Prog magazine

progcover“a sense of power and drama hitherto unequalled in their repertoire… a multi-faceted yet tightly constructed work, and with a climax to lift the stoniest of prog hearts… Secrets Of Angels is a triumphant work” Steve Pilkington

Classic Rock magazine

“The booming drums, swathes of strings, haughty, harmony-laced vocals and chugging guitar sound more stirring than ever on galloping-across-the-plains anthems like Borderline and Road To Cairo, and symphonic rock fans will surely lap it up.”

“It hits the spot in some style.” Johhny Sharp

Music Street Journal

“I’ve always liked this band. This new album, though, might be the best yet from them. If you dig their brand of modern progressive rock with both metal and classic prog elements, you wil most certainly like this. It just doesn’t get much better.” G. W. Hill

Sea of Tranquility

“Secrets of Angels is a melodic and beautifully crafted symphonic album with a striking production and excellent sound quality. A must have for fans of melodic/symphonic rock.” Jon Neudorf

Dutch Progressive Rock Page

“the final track Secrets Of Angels is probably one of their best tracks ever. So strap yourselves in, because those 20 minutes could be the best thing you have heard in a very long time!” Peter Swanson

Prog Rock Music Talk

“My advice is very simple, and that is to listen to the epic final track, “Secrets of Angels” and you will soon be on your way to purchase the album. This is one of the best albums that I have heard so far this year, and I have heard a lot of albums this year. 5/5 Stars” Jim Lawson
