NEW ALBUM UPDATE
We’ve been busy in the studio working on the new album. The writing has been going exceptionally well with a lot of new music written since our last update in February. A number of tracks have now being recorded as demos allowing the band to work on arrangements before moving into full production later on. Ian reports that this is some of the strongest material the band have produced.
WINTER’S END PROGRESSIVE ROCK FESTIVAL 2022
Very pleased to announce we’ll be headlining the Sunday night of the 2022 Winter’s End Progressive Rock Festival which takes place from 7th to 10th April 2022 at the Drill Hall in Chepstow. NEW TRACK ‘FOREVER’
We’re pleased to announce the release of our new ‘lockdown’ song ‘Forever’ recorded remotely over the last few weeks. Just after lockdown started, and following the forced postponement of the Karnataka tour, we started writing a new song for the next album. It seemed to capture the lockdown vibe for us, so, we thought we’d break with tradition and release the song now rather than wait for the album to be finished. We’re making the track free to download and just ask that you consider making a donation, however small, donating to a charity or organisation of your choice to help raise money for those fighting, or suffering the consequences of, the Covid-19 virus.
As announced a few weeks ago, we made a ‘lockdown’ video to accompany the track – a huge thanks to everyone who took part in the video!
TOUR UPDATE AND COVID-19
Just over a week ago we were hidden away in a Surrey studio putting the final touches to our tour preparation and working on some of the tracks for the new album. We had a fantastic few days and the band were sounding great! We knew the situation wasn’t looking good but little did we know at the time how quickly events would unfold in response to the spread of Covid-19, which, as you know, is having a devastating impact everywhere. It’s of paramount importance now that everyone stays safe and minimises social contact. Clearly this is going to impact on venues and the tour, and whilst we’d love to be playing it’s imperative that safety comes first. We’re currently talking to venues and will be rescheduling postponed dates for later in the year. Tickets purchased should be valid for rescheduled dates but please check with venues if you’re unsure. As soon as we have further information and new dates we’ll post them here immediately.
